About us

When creating Kasbah d’Eau, we knew that with a location this special, we needed a restaurant that enabled everyone to enjoy the spectacular views. As soon as the hotel opened, we started planning for Rest’Eau.

We have curated a relaxed, informal atmosphere where dining is unhurried. We use the best local ingredients and carefully selected wines and beers. The décor and lighting are a mixture of Moroccan antiques fused with contemporary creations by local artisans.

Every table—both inside and on the wind-sheltered terrace—makes the most of the views, while the double-sided fireplace and cosy bar make winter evenings just as special.
